Safety notes

Face Painting

We take safety and sanitation very seriously! This means we only use professional face paints and cosmetic materials that are specifically designed for use on human skin.

We follow the highest sanitation practices: a clean brush/ sponge for every client and a thorough cleaning of all equipment between gigs.

Removal Instructions:

Professional face paints are easily removed with liquid soap and warm water. Rub a little soap over the design to break down the paint, then use a damp cloth to wipe it off.

While we make the effort to choose paints that are easily washable, some traces of color may remain for a short period after washing. Using a small amount of oil (coconut oil, baby oil or makeup remover) may help remove these traces of color.

It is not advisable to paint a child under the age of 3. Most paints have not been tested/ approved for use on children under the age of 3.

Disclaimer:

Some individuals are allergic to even the purest and nontoxic colors. If you have an allergic reaction, please contact your doctor immediately.

Balloon Twisting

We place a high value on safety first. Our balloon designs are geared toward children 3 years of age and older. Parents with younger children may request balloons but the balloon will be given to the adult with a word of caution to please monitor your child and ensure that balloons are not placed in the child's mouth. We use high-quality professional balloons: Qualatex and Bellatic. Disclaimer: Some individuals may be allergic to latex, if you have an allergic reaction, please contact your doctor immediately.

A Note of Caution:

Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required with balloons.  Do not allow children to put balloons in their mouths, discard balloons immediately if they become torn.

Glitter Tattoos

Glitter tattoos are created using skin-safe adhesive and cosmetic glitter. They are designed to last 3-7 days if treated with care making them perfect for hot (sweaty) days or pool parties. If you would like to remove the tattoo prior, use oil (baby, coconut, etc) on a cotton pad and gently scrub in a circular motion.
